Girls Camp

I had a great time at girls camp with the girls from our ward. It was great to get to know them better. Lucky for us it wasn't too hot that week and it didn't rain. We got back on Saturday, June 16th. Then we left for Idaho the next day.
I was miserable when I got back and on our trip to Idaho because of miserable chigger bites covering my legs. Those things itch worse than anything! I have learned I do not have a high tolerance for itching.

Not sure what chiggers are, but does not sound like fun to be bitten by one!

oh goodness, i just had my first awful experience with chiggers a couple weeks ago. i got them all down in my lower half from squatting in the woods! not fun :( however, plantain oil is the absolute best thing for getting them out, along with the miserable itch! works awesome for mosquito bites as well. you should get some or make it. plantain is a common weed found around the yard, etc. you can make, oil, ointment, tea and wraps. we just got back from clingman's dome where levi kept chewing it up (it was thick and large along that path) and rubbing it on his bottom where he slid down a rock covered in thorns!
