Dungeness Spit

Memorial Day was our last full day with my family. We took a short hike out to Dungeness Spit . Everyone enjoyed the view as well as the beach and the ocean. It was a bit cloudy and breezy in the morning, so we tried to keep warm. Some of the kids went exploring on the beach. Alex and Colton found a crab. Tessa and Grandma found lots of pretty rocks. This was the day that Jesikah fainted, so Eric and I still feel a little uneasy when we look at the pictures from this day. Several of the kids couldn't resist the water even though it was cold. I think both Jaydon and Austin got quite wet. Those darn sneaker waves!
