Tessa left this note for the Easter bunny before going to bed Saturday night. I told her that if you go to bed too late, the Easter bunny might miss your house. (The tooth fairy missed our house one time when she went to bed too late, so she didn't want to take any chances)... I said that too late was probably about 9:00pm. Right before she went to bed, she said that she had to do something and she came down and erased the 9:00 and changed it to 9:05 since it was already about 9:02. :) I thought it was cute that she wrote our address...it probably hadn't occurred to her that he would already BE here when he read it.
The Easter bunny came. They each got a new church outfit and some candy and a toy or book.
Jarem and Alex got these ball-shooting guns...it was LOTS of fun....for them at least!
After they saw what was in their baskets, they searched around the house for the eggs that Eric and I hid. Alex was embarrassed that I got this picture of him, because he is starting to think he's too old for this stuff.

Now she's off to find more eggs.

Jarem and Alex were to find the jungle ones, and the girls had the princess ones. We thought we were smart to get "pre-filled" eggs this year, but the candy was a bit disappointing (mostly just gum). Jarem loved finding the animal ones.

Thats a really good idea of getting the new church outfits and books from the eater bunny. I will definitely have to keep that in mind....
